Terms of service
1. Purpose
Callomi provides automated phone reception, appointment booking and messaging for businesses. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
2. Account and responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of business hours, services and AI knowledge, and for keeping your credentials confidential. You agree to use the service in accordance with applicable laws.
3. Plans, trial and billing
Every account starts with a 7-day satisfaction trial; billing begins when the trial ends. Annual plans are billed for eleven months, the twelfth being offered. Assisted setup by the Callomi team is an optional one-time fee. Plans renew automatically for the selected period; usage beyond included allowances is billed separately. Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time.
4. Messaging and calls
You are responsible for obtaining customer consent for text communications and complying with anti-spam rules. Callomi provides opt-out mechanisms.
5. Availability and limitations
The service is provided as is. We aim for high availability without guaranteeing it. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
