Privacy policy

Draft template — have legal counsel review it, including for Quebec Law 25, before launch. The text below is not legal advice.

1. Information we collect

To provide the service, we process information about your business, appointments and customers (name, phone and email), along with content from calls and messages handled by Callomi.

2. Use

This information is used only to operate the service: answer calls, book appointments, send reminders and display activity in your portal.

3. Service providers

We use providers for telephony, text messaging, email and voice intelligence. They process data only to deliver the service.

4. Retention and security

Data is retained as needed for the service and protected with reasonable safeguards, including restricted access and encrypted secrets.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your information by writing to partenaires@callomi.com.

6. Text messages (SMS)

Callomi sends texts to your customers only in connection with a booking they made or requested: confirmation, reminder, changes. Every message identifies the business and explains how to stop: replying STOP ends all texts to that number (START resumes them). Customers in the United States are asked for their consent to receive texts when they book online; a customer who declines receives no text. Callomi never sends promotional texts on your behalf.

7. Cookies

callomi.com uses three kinds of cookies and similar storage. Only the first kind works without your consent; the other two load nothing until you accept them in the banner (Quebec Law 25).

  • Essential sign-in session, language preference, your cookie choice (6 months) and, if you arrived through a partner link, an attribution marker (90 days) so the partner is credited. No consent needed.
  • Analytics Google Analytics 4: pages viewed, traffic sources, approximate location. Data is not sold and is used only to improve the site.
  • Advertising Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn and Microsoft (Bing) pixels, used to measure our campaigns and show you relevant ads on those platforms. Each platform has its own privacy policy.
